2. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, email address and the message content. While browsing, our systems also acquire some technical data (e.g. IP address, server logs) whose processing is necessary for the operation and security of the website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Form data is processed solely to respond to your requests and possibly start a business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in the proper functioning and security of the site.

4. Processing and retention

Form data is sent by email to the company mailbox and is not stored in any website database. It is kept for the time needed to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligations, after which it is deleted. Processing is carried out with electronic tools and adequate security measures.
